During my last visit, I explained that a noise was still occurring when braking—an issue related to brake work they had performed a few months earlier. They supposedly checked it and took the Tundra for a t occurring when braking—an issue related to brake work they had performed a few months earlier. They supposedly checked it and took the Tundra for a test drive, claiming they didn't hear anything; yet, immediately after leaving the shop, the noise started up again. They insisted they hadn't heard a thing. However, they were able to provide an estimate of over $3,000 for recommended services the Tundra supposedly needed. I am disappointed with the service, especially since I have personally bought two cars from this dealership and referred three other people who also purchased vehicles there. More
