After I was treated like crap at the Cary Hyundai dealership and wasted 3,5 hours I decided to drive 40 miles to this Dealership and it was worth everything. Several of the group worked to find me the right combination of features and colors that I wanted and needed, when the exact car I wanted was not on the lot at the time. They gave me a date of when the specific car I wanted was expected to arrive, and this car arrived 2 days ahead of time. In the mean time while I waited for this car, they left me voice mail 2 different times for similar vehicles that arrived while I was waiting for the particular one I had picked out in the event I wanted to buy them instead. Terry did a wonderful job of finishing the purchase, explaining features, taking me on an "inspection drive" of my car immediately prior to purchase. Dallas - this young man was exceptionally friendly, personable, professional and competent in explaining every feature, option and accessory in the car. Ken explained optional service/car care packages, prices and the paperwork process to my full satisfaction. Because I was unable to find a friend to drive either my old or new vehicle home (I did not do a trade-in) the evening of the purchase, Terry volunteered to deliver it to my home. My purchase was completed in the evening of one day and they dropped off my new car at my house the next morning. The car was immaculate and there were no surprises before, during or after the purchase. Every car dealership should be this good.
