Joe provided excellent customer service and kept in touch with me to get me the best deal. They helped make sure that I got an approval with a lower interest rate. When I visited Sport Durst Hyundai, I had the good fortune of working with Terry McCoy, Sales Consultant. Terry has a laid back attitude and put in front of me all the models with various options. I never felt pressured and Terry was quick to follow up with answers to any questions I had. He was direct and stood by his word. Ken Massenberg was fantastic and super fast with financing papers. Phillip Levy took all the time necessary to explain all the functions in the car. I found the whole experience very pleasant. I would recommend Terry to anybody looking for a new car. I think that Sport Durst Hyundai is up to something. If they keep this attitude, it would become the best loved dealership in the triangle. I hope that the service department is good too. More

After seraching for a vehicle for about the last three weeks, I must admit I was very angry, and insulted by the lack of customer service and the way I was treated (single black mom of two). I went to several dealerships (Hanna Imports and Silver Stated) just to name a few. Each time I was treated as I was a "nobody" even though I had down payment money and I had received credit approval, I was still basically ignored. But al that change after last nigh, Tony, as well as Joe McKenna treated me like I was somebody and that they were truly grateful to have my business. I even sufered a little meltdown because it appeard as if I was not going to ge the car of my choice (2011 black Hyundai) but sure enough those two gentlemen worked it out for me, and for that I am very grateful, but more so I am very appreciative and grateful to these men for their dedication to CUSTOMER SERVICE. Salesman like Tony and Joe give your establishment a good name and I have refered ALL my collegues to them. I told them to not see anyone but Tony Peele or Joe McKenna. THEY are definetley the best two salesman you have--hands down. Especially Tony, while Joe is awesome. Tony went over and beyond the call of duty. Everyone that we dealt with at Durst was wonderful. We primarily dealt with Ricky Copelin and found him to be very knowledgeable about the product and very honest and friendly. I chose to start my search for a new Santa Fe by contacting 18 dealerships in North Carolina and Virginia. Within the first 8 hours of reaching out to Sport Durst, Kristen and I had exchanged over contacting 18 dealerships in North Carolina and Virginia. Within the first 8 hours of reaching out to Sport Durst, Kristen and I had exchanged over a dozen emails as she sought to push beyond a generic quote and find out what I REALLY wanted, what was important to me and what was not. It was that level of customer service that went well beyond anything I saw from the other 17 dealers and why I chose in the end to go to Sport Durst for my purchase. The solution that Kristen came up with for me was not standard, she didn't just fire a quote back to me, she really tried to get me the vehicle I wanted and I appreciated that. When I came into the dealership on Friday I didn't intend on actually purchasing at that time. Kristen, Mike and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to introduce me to the vehicle and when i said I was ready to buy (with a newborn and a hungry wife at the house) they sped me through the process with none of the normal hassle you get at a dealerships. I highly recommend the team at Sport Durst and Kristen and Mike to anyone. More
My husband and I visited Sports Durst Hyundai to test drive a 2012 Hyundai Sonata GLS and met Terry McCoy. In the past when looking for a new vehicle, we have always been met with very pushy sales people interested in one thing, selling the car to us that day and failing to listen to our questions. Our experience with Mr. McCoy and other sales folks on the floor at Sport Durst was completely opposite. We kept waiting for the "pushy" sales approach, but to our great surprise, that never came. Even though the dealership did not have a 2012 Sonalta GLS for us to drive, we drove a 2011, which we still loved and decided to leave a deposit and have Sport Durst find our Radiant Silver 2012 Sonata GLS. This took very little time and in just a few short days and some paperwork later we are driving away in our new car. On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the best), I rate our sales experience, finance experience and so far service experience all perfect 10. I wish to especially thank Terry, James and Ken for their interest in a medical condition my son has and for special requests we had for the vechicle to aid with his condition. God Bless! Bought 2 cars from this dealership. Had an accident where my car was totaled. I canceled my service contract which I purchased outside my car loan. After providing all relevant documents to the service contract company and also the dealership, Dennis Koballa mentioned that all files were forwarded to the finance department and I should be receiving my refund by 1st week of September. After not receiving or hearing anything till the second week, my queries (email, phone calls, voice mails) regarding the matter were not answered. Most of the people I spoke to were clueless as to who could help other than the 'super efficient' Dennis Koballa. The lesser said about the attitude or knowledge of the receptionists, the better. Clearly not interested in providing any sort of decent customer service, they will forward your calls to random number where you will most probably get the voicemail or hear a message saying the call cannot be completed! One of the worst experiences dealing with customer service and trust me, I have been dealing with quite a few since my accident and hands down, this is the WORST! I do not recommend this place to anyone out there. Go to the Toyota Dealership across 15-501 or find another place. More
Tony was very attentive to me and my family from the beginning. He and Chenel explained in detail when the car that we were looking for would be in and how we could place a deposit hold on it so it wou beginning. We got the call that the car was in and we went to see it. The car we had on hold wasn't exactly what we thought the color would be (interior) so I remembered that they also told me a different color was coming in the same time. Sure enough the other color did come in and was available so we switched our choice and got a nice new Elantra. More
