Sport Durst Hyundai

Hello,i just wanted to write to let you know about my HORRIBLE experience with sport durst. Three weeks ago i went in to have my wipers looked at on my 2008 Dodge Charger,the sales rep came outside and i HORRIBLE experience with sport durst. Three weeks ago i went in to have my wipers looked at on my 2008 Dodge Charger,the sales rep came outside and introduced himself and got me to do a credit application, he than came back and told me i was approved for a brand new 2011 Charger i took time to think about it but i went through with the process, he appraised my car and had me call my finance company to get a payoff. well they than came back and said i needed a co signer which i got my father to do it. well long story short three full weeks went passed and i received a call from a sales manager one of the managers on Wednesday saying that the deal did not go through and i needed to bring the car back. I did not have a problem with this i told him i would have it back on Thursday by 11:00 and i kept my word. When i arrived there i went in and spoke to the other manager short white guy with a buzz cut? For starters he sent an associate out to the car and snatched the tags out like i was trying to steal the vehicle. As the manager an I continued to talk the conversation just went wrong bc i did not have the bank card that was used for my down payment and i just wanted to know why i needed it, i stay way on the northern side of Durham so that's why i asked well it quickly came the the point where your manager told me to get out of HIS dealership or he would THROW me out, he told me that i was not going to get my down payment back and he called the police and if that wasn't enough he went to the car where my fiance and two small children were waiting, and screamed telling them to get out his car and get off the property. They had not brought MY car around yet so my 1 and 3 year old had to stand in the parking lot at the Room-store in the 100 degree heat. until the police arrived where we still waited an additional 30 mins for my car to come around. Yes i cursed and got very upset in the show room but to be treated like your not human just feels so degrading. I asked for a manager in a higher position and i was told that "Trey was the big dog" well if this is the case Trey and ALL of the managers at the store needs to go through additional training because we own a catering company and it's one thing that you NEVER do when doing business is allow a customer to make you lose your composure, and NEVER turn out your own business... More

Mr Tony was sincere, honest, friendly and we felt comfortable throughout the whole process. I would and I will recommend Mr Tony to our friends and family. Had a quick and easy buying experience. However, I would recommend that Sales provides complete information, so as not to come across as deceitful. My car was not in stock, so it had to come from another l recommend that Sales provides complete information, so as not to come across as deceitful. My car was not in stock, so it had to come from another location, 100 miles away...instead of putting it on a delivery trailer, it was driven to the dealership. Which meant my car didn't feel "new" with over 120 miles on it...and I don't know how many potholes it endured on the drive over...ugh! More

I came in to the dealership to "just look" at cars I thought were in my price range. And then I walked into the Hyundai showroom and saw the most beautiful thing on four wheels! It was a Genesis cars I thought were in my price range. And then I walked into the Hyundai showroom and saw the most beautiful thing on four wheels! It was a Genesis Coupe and I couldn't believe the price! My husband was having a fit by this point (he knows my need for speed) but Tony came up and asked if we were being helped and I told him I NEEDED to drive this car. Tony was the best! We had a little difficulty getting a car for me to test drive (someone had parked a truck in back of all the Genesis Coupes) so he and 2 other guys were running around trying to find the truck's owner and then finding the keys for another car that I finally ended up test driving. It was 104 degrees outside and here everybody is running around for me! Tony and his colleagues went far and above what I would expect especially on a blistering day. They even treated my husband to drinks and home-made toffee while he was waiting for me! I ended up ordering the car I wanted with no hassle or pressure from anyone at the dealership. It was a very pleasurable experience. More

With the guidance of Tony, I checked out several cars and noticed that new car felt as tho I would have the only option of purchasing a used vehicle. I am very pleased with the service I received from friendly staff at this dealership and would recommend this dealership to everyone.
