I liked how they explained how credit worked and how the whole financial process worked. I will use that information in the future for large purchases. Everyone was friendly and not overbearing. I had spent two days trying to get a car at CAR MAX and had to provide every piece of personal information that was possible and still didn't have a car at the end of two days. That Saturday I asked my daughter to drive me to Sports Durst and I told her I was buying a car that day, and did! I am thankful for that experience. More

Went to get an oil change and my tires were stolen. Went in to get an oil change, and when I left my car was driving funny. Stopped to see why check the tires and found out that I had two different brand names on the back and the front. Three tires that had been stolen and one tire had a bubble in the tire. I had to replace all tires. Neither of the gentlemen were helpful, but to take advantage of a women is awful. Instead of returning my car after the oil change was done, the Tech went to lunch which took longer than it should have. More

I had been to several different brand dealerships before stopping at Sports Durst in 2006 (first purchase) and was immediately sold on the car because Michael listened to what I wanted and treated me with respect and patience as I explained what I needed. I ran into him periodically when I brought the car in for maintenance and the last time, as I was waiting for my car, he explained to me how the Accent had improved in performance over the last ten years. He also took time to show me several other models he thought I might like should the time arise that I was willing to let go of my first Accent which I loved. What he said resonated and shortly after that conversation, I returned and fell in love with my current purchase. I'm very grateful that Michael was my salesperson, and when I buy another car, I will be back to see him and Sports Durst. More
