It is an absolute shame that mistakes and customer service shortcomings are apparently so prevalent at Sport Durst that departmental, dealership and even corporate leadership is numb to addressing it service shortcomings are apparently so prevalent at Sport Durst that departmental, dealership and even corporate leadership is numb to addressing it in a timely and definitive manner. “I’m too busy” is not an excuse for poor customer service – if you had better trained employees and made fewer mistakes, you would be less busy. But I have a feeling that problem will rectify itself when customers stop coming. It is telling that management names and contact information is omitted from their website – they do not want to hear from you. There are two types of customers at Sport Durst Hyundai; 1) Prospective customers they will tell anything to make a sale and, 2) Former customers they never want to hear from again because they already have your money. Do not reward this type of incompetence and abhorrent customer service by patronizing them. Let’s be frank, Dealerships add little to no value to the car buying process. Their only role is to complete paperwork accurately and provide local customer support for the products they sell. Sport Durst fails monumentally on both accounts. Below are just a few highlights of my horrendous experience with Sport Durst/Millennial Automotive Group. - Called sales rep (Taylor) and asked her to do walk around of vehicle to note any damage as I would be driving from 2 ½ hours to purchase a demo car. Rep indicated no damage yet when I arrived there was very visible damage to the rear bumper. - Finance Director (Dennis) misrepresented terms of CPO warranty indicating that service under the warranty had no customer copay/deductible and that the warranty period would commence from the date and mileage the vehicle was delivered to me. Both statements are inaccurate and contradicted by the CPO Warranty terms and conditions posted on Hyundai’s website and in the paper work he provided to me. Also did not sign the CPO documents and listed incorrect lienholder on sales documents. - Left repeated messages for Finance Director, Sales Manager, General Manager and even the MidAtlantic sales director for assistance in acquiring the corrected documents. No response to emails and verbal promises to provide were not followed-through. Excuse given was that they were busy and had paperwork everywhere - that's encouraging - Plates were deliver to dealership for pickup (2 1/2 hrs away) despite assurances they would be mailed to me directly. More

This place is the worst! I believe my axle is breaking and not one time was my car put on the LIFT to be checked! I hate the fact that this place was brought out by the original company I bought the vehicle from! Chantel and Janie were excellent at CBS and Keith was great at sports Durst! Now they have someone named Toni and Kyle there and they have terrible customer service. Before you buy a car from them, think twice! I am considering trading my car since this incident! I don’t want any dealings with them! Taking your car to get looked at is like going to the Doctors. The patient will go in and give the doctor their symptoms and in return, the doctor will then do a physical and observe the patient physically. Depending on what they’re experiencing the provider will then order labs on a patient to make sure they are ok internally as well as externally. This dealership just decided to ride my car around and observed no knocking noises but refused to put my car on the LIFT for a thorough CHECK!!!!!!!! There could have been an issue with the Axe; Tire Rod, or Tire Bolt. I am under 60,000 miles and my car is still under Warranty BUMPER TO BUMPER!!!!!!! They didn’t want to do the JOB and take time to look into the Problem I was hearing all last week!!!!!!!!!! More
