I noticed that he is basically the same person when I bought a 2013 RAM Crew Cab truck three days ago. I knew what I wanted before I got to the Chrysler/Dodge dealership, but Donald helped me to narrow it down to what was available on the lot. He does not pressure you in any manner, but allows you to think or ponder over the matter before purchasing.
