My experience was excellent from start to finish. Adam was great to work with and made buying a new car so much easier than I expected. The original sales experience with Lamont was fine until the car came in. Then with a multitude of errors and lack of information the experience went very bad. The paperwork showed that my NEW car had over the car came in. Then with a multitude of errors and lack of information the experience went very bad. The paperwork showed that my NEW car had over 400 miles on it. I thought I was getting a new car from the plant so I was shocked. The model I wanted did not come with a sunroof, so James Juarez offered to have one put on for me. It would be warrantied by the manufacturer. Anyway, things went very bad and I was unhappy with the information I got from Lamont, so I called James, the sales manager. I explained the information that I received from my sales rep was not quite truthful and I was upset because this was now becoming a nightmare. The biggest issue was that I was not in a rush to get a car and would have waited for one from the factory, but was told that was not possible. He offered me the option of waiting 6-8 weeks to wait for a new one from the factory, or he would give me some options that I had already stated I wanted down the line. I picked my car up last night and am happy with it. Best part was when I got in the car, the ODOmeter reading was 227 miles. So the paperwork that I was given to sign was wrong to begin with. The title paperwork had me down for a 2011 Hyundai Hyundai, not a 2013 Hyundai Genesis, so we should have questioned the mileage. Although I asked for the dealership to pay for the extended warranty for the inconvenience and was told no. Elizabeth was the one who went over the car with me last night and I was so impressed, I have never had such a thorough demonstration of the options and conveniences on this car. Thank you so much Elizabeth and James. You both turned this nightmare into a dream again. More

I greatly enjoyed working with Michael. He was very helpful, and his friendliness was an added benefit to us. He was more than willing to show us any make and model that we wanted to look at as well as helpful, and his friendliness was an added benefit to us. Although we liked the Accent, the price made us pause. If Mike had no suggested leasing the car, we would have had to turn away and look at another dealer. Elizabeth was also very helpful when it came to explaining further about the car manual and all the other little packages that came with the car. Overall we were VERY satisfied with Mike and Elizabeth, and would highly recommend them to our friends and family. More
