WHAT CAN I SAY!!! Hyundai has been my choice for the past 8 yrs switching from Toyota. I was enjoying my 2010 Sonata until I checked out the new Elantra. Went to Sports Durst just to look and Carole was so n 8 yrs switching from Toyota. I was enjoying my 2010 Sonata until I checked out the new Elantra. Went to Sports Durst just to look and Carole was so nice who met me with a warm bubbling smile and simply said, "Let's take a test drive." I did and the rest is history. The process happened quickly when I returned to trade vehicles. The Elantra I wanted was located and paper work was done smoothly. I am grateful for not going through any hard pressure sale tactics. Chuck was simply great in explaining the features. Even though I can be "techincally challenged" he was patient and made me feel at ease. Carole and Chuck assured me that I could call @ anytime after leaving if there were questions or problems. This was the best car experience I've had!
