We have bought several cars from different manufactures in the past and have had a wide range of experience with purchasing cars. Rolf Huggins at Sport Durst in Durham, NC made the experience enjoyable and in the past and have had a wide range of experience with purchasing cars. Rolf Huggins at Sport Durst in Durham, NC made the experience enjoyable and respected what we were looking for in a car which helped us come to the conclusion that this was the right car for us. Rashawn Bass completed the sales experience by showing some of the features of the car that we generally would not consider but will allow us to take full advantage of options that we may not have explored otherwise. Sports Durst ROCKS!!! Hands down this has been the best car buying experience ever. The staff was etremely friendly from the receptionist to the closer. Mr. Charles Pettiford/ Mr. Rashawn Bass were very de car buying experience ever. The staff was etremely friendly from the receptionist to the closer. My initial experience was not a good one but I needed to get out of my current vehicle and gave the dealership one more opportunity to make a positive impression. My previous experience had beren with the service and parts department and with a single salesmen. Tim Purgason was a HUGE change and actually listened to what I was attempting to do. There were some set backs that were not his fault and he did communicate with me on a consistent basis. The deleivery staff were great and answered all my questions satisfactorily. More
