Sport Durst Hyundai

My experience with Sport Durst was great. I was credit challenged and was trying to purchase a new vehicle in only my name. I saw the GUARANTEED CREDIT APPROVAL commercials on tv so I thought I would giv challenged and was trying to purchase a new vehicle in only my name. Even though my salesman, Willie Cole, worked over in the Mazda area he was very dedicated to helping me find my new Hyundai. He did everything he possibly could to help me obtain a new ride. I was not looked down upon because of my credit. Once I made my selection we headed in to try and get credit approval where I met with Luke Norman. I was sure that I was going to be approved but Luke MADE IT HAPPEN. Once I went in to take delivery of my vehicle and we went into the financing department I have to say I was a little nervous. I met with Ji Herrera. He completely explained all my options and did not coerce me into getting something I did not want. We talked about family and different things. My jitters were quickly eased. After all the paperwork was signed I met with Elizabeth in the delivery department. She was very kind, pleasant and knowledgeable. My first free oil change and detailing appointments were scheduled. Elizabeth then took me to my vehicle and showed me all the bells and whistles. This was the 2nd vehicle my husband and I purchased from Sport Durst and if we purchase a 3rd it will be from there. When I first arrived at this particular dealership my attentions was not purchase a vehicle at all. As we spoke more I became more comfortable with her as a salesperson because she didnt come off as one which was awesome. She made me feel relaxed and at ease with her and the dealership. I was offered hot dogs, chips and drinks it was like any experience I've ever had at any dealership and I've been to many. As the afternoon turned to night Christe guided me through to several vehicles and my heart directed me to a Mazada-6. The General Manager was awesome, he worked with me and worked out a deal that fit my situation.
