Suggestion, have dealer prep of vehicle and go-over while customers wait for financing. This would have made good use of the time while waiting to see finance. He was able to help me through the process of applying for financing, explaining all my options in a language that i could actually understand. Nobody tried to up-sell me on unnecessary options beyond my budget - definitely a plus! All the paperwork was handled for me. Overall it was a surprisingly fast process.
