Me and my husband are newly weds. On this particular day, July 21 we decided to take a stroll out of town for a new vehicle. We first worked with Mike Webhi. We were very unhappy with his services. So we decided to leave, on the way out the door my husband saw Tony Peele walking by and told him how unhappy he was. Tony apologized for his co workers actions and promised us that this was the place to be. We then went inside and he actually listened to us. We felt that he was an honest person and wasn’t just trying to make a simple sale. He spent almost five hours making sure that we were happy. Everyone was gone home and he was still there helping us with our new vehicle. I couldn’t believe the character of Tony because usually people don’t care that much in the sales industry. After the paperwork was finished we were taken to our freshly cleaned new car and every detail was explained (I am sorry but I can't recall the young ladies name). While we were waiting for my mom to buy her new car I went back to the parts dept to look around, another great part of this company!! (sorry but I forget the mans name that helped me) In between all of this I ended up talking with Sport Durst. He was a very nice and friendly man who thanked me for buying a car!!!! We also had the pleasure of talking with several other employees, what a great place, very friendly, very helpful!! Even the young ladies cooking the hot dogs are fantastic. We were planning to buy our first new car next year 2013, after summer. Never thought, if we step in Hyundai today (05/27/2012), then we would end up going home with our first new car. How it begin, There was a guy (Lamont Hopkins) he came out from the showroom and greet us. Hello, how can i help you guys? let me know if you have any question or if you guys looking for any particular car. And then what happen, after 4 to 5 hours we walk out with our first new car Hyundai Elantra Touring 2012. He spent 4 to 5 hours, explaining us about each and every car, he is KNOWLEDGEABLE, he is very PROFESSIONAL, and was very understanding to what we need, he is very friendly. what could be more for the dealer that he have a sale person like Lamont, that he can easily convince his Customer to walk out with the new car. We did find little difficulty in Financing, on the second thought, we was planning to return the car, if we don't get finance. But Mr.David Dowdy (Finance Manager) was a great help and it was just a piece of cake for him to take good care of us, ( WHEN I SAID, GOOD CARE ) specially for us, who haven't final plan or decide to buy our first new car so early. Mr.David Dowdy, a very Professional, very Attentive and a very Experience Finance manager, thank you for your real help.
