We went to Sport Durst just to look at new cars and ended up leaving with a new car. All of the staff that we meet were very friendly and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. We started worki up leaving with a new car. All of the staff that we meet were very friendly and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. We started working with Louis when we got there and he took us on a test drive and showed us all of our different options that we could get. He answered all of our questions, and even went the extra mile of trying to find us the exact color that we wanted. Once we got down to the negotiation, they were willing to work with us and I feel that no other dealership could have beaten their price. Even though we were already pre-approved for financing from our bank, they worked with us to get an even lower rate than what the bank was offering. Scott got us setup with financing very quickly, and went over all of the terms for the loan. After the purchase we met up with Edgar, who set us up with our first free oil change, and gave us all sorts of other goodies. At this point the car was done with detailing, and he went over all of the features of the car and made sure we were confortable with the operation of everything. He stressed that if we had any questions or problems to give him a call directly. Overall I am very pleased with my experience there.
