Received Passive Aggressive Text After Reporting An Issue Received an oil change and overall inspection. Everything was good and on the way home an alarm went off in my car and a low tire pressure warning li Received an oil change and overall inspection. Everything was good and on the way home an alarm went off in my car and a low tire pressure warning light appeared. When I reported the issue I received a passive aggressive text back defending the dealership and that they did their job. No phone call, coupon for a future service or consideration there was a possible error with an apology. Opted out of receiving future texts and still received another one to complete this survey. A phone call and compassion can go a long way. I got service at this location because I purchased my car here even though the location is not convenient. I do not plan to return. More
