Ryan was very personable and helpful in my quest to find out more about the MX-5 Miata. Even though I wasn't able to buy the car Ryan still provided me all the information I needed and made sure I could con out more about the MX-5 Miata. Even though I wasn't able to buy the car Ryan still provided me all the information I needed and made sure I could contact him if my situation changed. Overall Sport Mazda North was a great experience, especially with Ryan as your salesman. Andrew was also great by making sure I could meet with Ryan while he wasn't there and also sending me photos of the Miatas currently at the dealership. More

Typical bait and switch! This is my 2nd lease with sports mazda north. I was hoping to sign my third lease. I was on their website and saw cx90 ranging from 38,900 and up. I This is my 2nd lease with sports mazda north. I was hoping to sign my third lease. I was on their website and saw cx90 ranging from 38,900 and up. I had my eye on three that were between 38,900 to 43,000. So i filled out an interest card. I received a call back with in about 20 mins. Gentleman was very nice. However when we started going over priced he was about $13,000 over on price to what they have published on their website. I was asked are you looking at used? I told him no multiple times, I even gave him model number, vin numbers and prices. He was totally surprised at the prices I was looking at. Don’t waste your time with this place typical bait and switch waste of my time, you just lost a customer for ever. Attached some pics from their own website so maybe they can see what great deals they are offering and have no idea about! UPDATE: received a call within 15 minutes of hanging up with sports Mazda North from a manager what a surprise the vehicle that was roughly $38,000 is on the lot. Once again, the guy that called was very nice. But this is the type of xx that turns people off when buying a new car. It may have been an oversight on the original person ( but I highly doubt it ) I told the Manager the original person was mind blown by the $38,000 price, he seemed to think that $38,000 was too low for that vehicle and that I was looking at used. I understand negotiating is part of dealing with a dealership and going back and forth about price. But to me thats just being dishonest. You guys get so wrapped up on your next sale that you forget about customer loyalty More

Sport Mazda North is THE BEST DEALER its customer service is exceptional. Friendly staff. I bought 5 cars so far. I always have great experience.
