Warranty request I called Cory Mazda on a warranty question regarding a cracked windshield. Jeff Macklefresh stated that I needed to bring the vehicle in to determine if the crack was from a road hazard or if it was a stress crack. Jeff noted that my phone call was from an exchange that was a long distance from the dealership. He offered to have me take pictures of the crack and e-mail them to him instead of making the one hour drive from my home. It is that kind of customer awarenss that generates customer loyality.
