I love the facility and the people here. Unfortunately my issue wasn’t fixed. I brought my CX30 in for a squeaking sound coming from the brake area when turning my steering wheel, and while Unfortunately my issue wasn’t fixed. I brought my CX30 in for a squeaking sound coming from the brake area when turning my steering wheel, and while the sound went away for a day, the following day the sound came back and has been happening since. This was my second time trying to get this issue fixed once with Toyota and now through Mazda. However I am hoping we can get this rectified so no more issues. More
Vehicle was brought in for a very specific service issue. Initial Service Advisor was given very specific instructions on the vehicle concern. The people and service are excellent but my old 2007 AC system has brought me back for a third service visit today. It's one of those intermittent problems that are hard to isolate.
