My husband and I had a great experience shopping for our new car, which can all be credited back to Ryan. The service rep was great! The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because you have to call to let them know you need a loaner car instead of them being able to put you in on The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because you have to call to let them know you need a loaner car instead of them being able to put you in one when you get to the dealer to drop your car off for service . There needs to be an option online to select loaner so customers don’t have to call in to request this. More

My car went out on me out of nowhere and I spent some time without a car. I tried to fix it but it was costing way too much to even try to figure out the problem. I decided to look for a new car. I reach time without a car. I tried to fix it but it was costing way too much to even try to figure out the problem. I decided to look for a new car. I reached out to a bunch of dealerships and had some terrible experiences. However, I realized that I lived very close to Sport Mazda North and I decided to pay them a visit. I called someone and they had me meet with Alex when I first got in. Then Alex sat me with Igor and it was the BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had. Igor took his time explaining the finances and made sure that I got the BEST deal and was in a very great, reliable vehicle. This dealership is great because of people like Igor. Honestly, the whole team was fantastic! I will definitely be sending friends to this dealership and possibly buying a future car there as well! Thank you Sport Mazda North. You guys were awesome!
