I first called Sport Mazda North because they had good inventory compared to my local Mazda dealer, and they also had great online reviews. I leased a car completely over the phone, and my budget was not inventory compared to my local Mazda dealer, and they also had great online reviews. I leased a car completely over the phone, and my budget was not big. I had never bought from SMN nor owned a Mazda. However, I was treated like a top customer the whole way. Alex kept in touch via calls and texts as we settled on a deal and waited for the car to arrive, and I felt like a top priority for him. Igor delivered the car to my home and showed me around (especially since I've never owned a Mazda and had not seen this car in person!). Everyone was professional and I always got a call or text back promptly. The Mazda CX-30 I leased is comfortable, and has great safety/driver assistance features for the price point. It is my around-town car and my kids love it. I also love that it's not a CVT, which is dominant in this segment. I have bought very expensive cars from other dealers and can tell you the experience I had with SMN was just as great; there are no sales gimmicks or runarounds.
