My husband and I stopped to check out Mazda on a whim. It was almost closing time so I didn't want to stay too long and keep the staff after hours. Most sales person(s) are like sharks and we are prey b It was almost closing time so I didn't want to stay too long and keep the staff after hours. Most sales person(s) are like sharks and we are prey but this was not the case with Ryan. He came to introduce himself a few moments later, walked around with us, while listening to what I was looking for and not looking for in a vehicle. He was not pushy or pressured whatsoever and I was really thankful for that! I told him I would be back the following day so I could look at the vehicle(s) in more detail, but unfortunately he wasn't working but said he would pass along my info to another sales rep...I wasn't having it so I told him I'd return the next day he was working, especially if I were to purchase a Mazda, I wanted to make sure he'd get the commission. It really meant a lot to me that he wasn't the pushy type and just trying to make a buck. When I did return, any questions I had, he was able to answer without any BS, any questions I had that he didn't have an answer to, he immediately went to look for the answer. Also the fact that his supervisor came out and introduced himself as well was very reassuring that they actually cared! I made sure to tell the supervisor how happy I was with Ryan and that he wasn't pushy just made it even more enjoyable. Let's just say, I purchased my first Mazda within 2 visits, a test drive and the feeling of the staff being family. We were always greeted with a smile and a hello regardless who we walked by. Ryan is the person to go see if you're looking to purchase a vehicle. It was a great experience and so glad and definitely the right choice. More
