I've gone to them since they were "Big Mazda" when I bought my Miata back in 2017, and had those outdoor pull up service booths. If Jay left, I'd follow him wherever he moved to, because his customer service skills are on point every day. I know my way around a toolbox, but there are some things that are just easier to have them do, and they do those things spectacularly every time. They don't suggest things just to make money, and understand when I'm just not seeing the value in a particular survice at certain prices. I will continue using them for what I have been, and will definitely recommend them to others. More
I had an issue with my Mazda 6 and came to Sport Mazda North. While we were there we also did some regular maintenance. Before we were done my wife and I were not at all happy with the end result. But we were able to speak to Dan Parker, the store manager. He was very sympathetic to our feelings and situation and decided to resolve the issue fully. He gave us the “Flywheel” treatment because he’s a man of character and represents a company that truly treasures the customer, a quality that is becoming very rare these days. I would recommend them to all and even say it’s worth the trip for someone who lives out-of-town to make. I would trust any item(s) that have purchased from there. More

On March 2, 2020 I brought in my 2021 GT CX-5 for its first oil change and 'go over'. All went well, the technician found no issues. They even sent me a video of the technician going over the car. I left with a 'good feeling' in my gut and was glad I I brought the car back there. This is the my 6th car purchase from Sport Mazda North. Brought Mazda Tribute in for service. Had worked with Brian over the years and now worked with Jay. Everyone is always Very Professional and Jay kept us posted on everything.
