excellent communication and customer service. I had a pleasant experience with these guys despite a very annoying problem. I had lost a key fob and needed to get a new one reprogrammed. They encou I had a pleasant experience with these guys despite a very annoying problem. I had lost a key fob and needed to get a new one reprogrammed. They encountered some internal issues with the programming that caused a significant delay, so they lent me a courtesy car for the duration I was out of a car. The staff member kept me up to date each step of the way and everyone in the office was extremely friendly. I will definitely return in the future. My only issue is how expensive Mazda's key fobs are, but I'm not sure this is something a particular dealer has much control over. More

Got it right this time. My battery died, which caused the issue I had last week.
