Great Experience! A few weeks ago I decided to buy a new car and spent a lot of time online reviewing various types of cars. Once I determined that I wanted a Mazda 3 A few weeks ago I decided to buy a new car and spent a lot of time online reviewing various types of cars. Once I determined that I wanted a Mazda 3 (the reviews are fantastic), I then researched the best dealership. Don Mealey's Sport Mazda had excellent ratings so I brought my 2010 Honda Civic in to do a trade. When I entered the building, Victor was sitting right by the door and ready to help me out. I think I was the easiest sale because I had already done my research. He was the best sales person - made the process quick, painless and I felt like a got a good deal on my trade and was able to get the car that I wanted. Since purchasing my car (and why I waited to make a review) is I wanted to see what the service would be like after I left...........so far, everything has been top notch. They care about their customers not only during the sale but also after the sale. I also love my new Mazda - beautiful red color and sportier than my honda and a much smoother ride. When I decide to trade up in a few years, I plan to be back! Thanks Victor and team for all of your work on my behalf! More

Excellent Experience I brought my 2010 Mazda Cx-9 for three separate issues. One of them was a very strange noise (not mechanical) that I honestly thought no one could figure it out. The service dept. worked as long as they needed and found a solution to ALL the problems. One nice thing I noticed is that the salespeople, who worked with me on a previous sale, were also involved in the communication process with me and the service department. As most people know, salespeople concentrate on sales only, but not in this dealership, which I find admirable. I rarely recommend anything or anybody, much less a car dealership, but in this case I found my experience worth sharing. Thanks to everyone at Orlando's Sport Mazda. More
