Hello, my name is David Bowers and I am the Customer Relations Manager and work directly for the Owner. Each time there is an issue with our customer service, I complete an investigation to see what we should have done or could have done to make sure it does not happen again. I am in that process and wanted you to know that we appreciated your review and are taken action. We have more than one type of Maintenance package and two providers, Zurich and Mazda. During my investigation, I found that when we changed our automated records system earlier this year, we made sure that Mazda maintenance packages were posted to the Service side so that they would have access to that information when you visited. However, I find that we did not do the same with the Zurich packages. I am taking action to make sure they are included in our Service system and within a short time the Servicewriters will have access to that information at the Service Lane where you arrive. As far as the issues with personnel, they are being addressed by the appropriate manager at this time, and I will advise you when we have finalized that portion. At Sport Mazda, we are proud of the excellent reputation we have for Customer Service. The inability to access your records was an issue we should have know about. Please be assure that shortly that problem will be solved and should not happen to another customer at Sport Mazda. Thank you again for bringing it to our attention.
