New Car Lease Upon entering the dealership, we were greeted by Josh, the sales manager, who introduced us to Beth Alvarez, our sales rep. After test driving a 2015 CX-5 and having all our questions answered, we left with all the facts and figures needed to make our decision at our leisure, which we appreciated. We returned a couple days later to finalize the deal, and since Beth was working with another client, she and Edwin Vasquez worked together to take care of us. Edwin was also very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. While Edwin completed the paperwork, Beth checked in multiple times to ensure we were comfortable with everything. During this time we met with David Bowers, the Customer Relations Manager, who made us feel even more comfortable with the dealership and their continuing goal of customer satisfaction. Juan Cruz, the Finance Manager, had the paperwork ready for us and all was completed very quickly. Once our new car was serviced and detailed, we were on our way with a very positive feeling about the whole dealership. More

Fixed me up, but Courteous and good service, but my faith is shaken in the Mazda brand after my 6-year-old car with 35K miles suddenly had a catastrophic $800+ failure Courteous and good service, but my faith is shaken in the Mazda brand after my 6-year-old car with 35K miles suddenly had a catastrophic $800+ failure in the transmission control module AND it took DAYS to get the part, so another $200 for a car rental. Car's fine so far, but a big failure well before 50K miles will make me think twice about getting another Mazda...or keeping this one for more than a year more. More
