Easy and pleasant to work with. I'll submit a follow-up review after my first scheduled service...sooner if issues arise with th vehicle, requiring dealer support. Sport Mazda's people seem to provide an atmosphere that's a bit more up-market than competitors in this segment. A + Service from THIS Sport Mazda Pro! I called sine I was in the area for work, and he was able to get me right in, to address some issues with my GPS / Audio Music Device. I am however disappointed to think that since they were unable to actually experience the Audio turning off at times for no reason that they were unable to repair or replace it. I was given a option to leave the car for a full day so they can experience the sudden off of the device for no reason, but, SPORT MAZDA does not offer a loaner car, unless I bought the car from them? This is very disappointing, I bought a $32,000 car, and because I did not BUY IT from this LOCATION, I am sorta treated like a STEP CHILD/CUSTOMER, this is sad, since when I buy my next car, I will remember, the LACK of commitment to EARN my NEW CAR BUYING, business! Great 1st expereince This was the first time that I took our new Mazda in for service and the experience was excellent!! Friendly staff, fast service time. I booked the appointment using the phone App, but when I showed up the service department had no record of my appointment. I purchased a new Mazda Miata I picked this dealer because they had the vehicle with the trim package that I was looking for. The advertised price on the internet was good to com I picked this dealer because they had the vehicle with the trim package that I was looking for. The advertised price on the internet was good to compared to other dealers web sites. Everyone who I came in contact at the dealer were friendly Especially Richard Rios the salesman that sold me the car. After watching a couple of short videos about the car we went for a test drive. Richard Drove and he showed me how the car was meant to be driven. I must say it opened my eyes. Then I took over. The road test included a drive with the top up, a drive with the top down a drive over rough roads. a drive on the freeway. and a drive that they call a test track where you can get used to the vehicle controls. This was the best test drive that I have ever had. It was very much like a driving lesson. During the test drive I noticed a clunking in the brakes due to rust on the rotors which was caused by the heavy rain that we have had as of late, A more experienced salesman said don't worry about it the rotors will wear in. I was not too happy about this. Richard then went and talked to the guys in service and they pulled the wheels off and sure enough they said the rotors should be turned (cleaned up with a lathe). This was on Saturday around 3:00pm and the technicians were not able to finish the work by closing time. I elected to leave the car there until Monday and Richard said he would drive the car before he called to make sure the brakes were operating normally. I really appreciated the great customer service given by Richard Rios. More
