We did not feel pressured at all but it was clear that Barby wanted to provide us with all the information we needed to make this important decision. Other key personnel we interacted with on the day of purchase were David Bowers, Josh Snell, Ray (another Sales Manager, sorry I do not remember Ray's last name) and Juan Cruz in Finance. Each and every person went out of their way to answer our questions and explain everything to our satisfaction. I came back on Monday (purchased car on Saturday) to have the Navigation system installed. Jeremy in Service was superb as well. We feel like we had the "A-Team" from start to finish!
