I originally went to Sport Mazda to purchase a new vehicle on December 26,2009 and test drove the Mazda 3, due to my current situation at that time I was unable to get into that vehicle. I informed Kerwin to keep me in mind if a vehicle that had low mileage and in my budget range came into the dealership's inventory. On February 2nd of 2010 Kerwin contacted me to see if I was still in the market for a vehicle, which I was. He thought that he found the perfect car that would suit my needs from what I had told him back in December. I was unable to leave my place of business to drive to the dealership, he took time to bring me the vehicle to my place of business. I absolutely loved the car a 2005 FORD FOCUS with 4,000 miles, he found me something that was very affordable and low mileage. I gave him my information so that he could start the paperwork for the financial portion of the deal. Later that evening I went to the dealership to sign the papers and was done with the transaction in less than an hour. Kerwin is an exceptional salesman and I believe that he keeps his clients needs in mind and does not try to push you into something that you do not want. I still take my vehicle to the dealership for service and Kerwin still remembers me and follows up with me to make sure I am still happy with my purchase. More
