Christopher, Really enjoyed reading your review. We have found that if we do a good job of coordinating before you arrive, it makes the visit so much easier and faster. Our Service Advisor, like your Ellie Diaz, do a fantastic job of getting all the information they can from you and then making sure that the service technicians are well briefed when they receive your car. It never stops, the communication between tech and advisor, during the entire visit so that everyone is kept informed.
