First service Appointment for my new car!! I drove from Jacksonville to have my car serviced at Sport Mazda, since that is where I purchased my car. I'm so glad I did! Customer Service At It's Best Was supposed to have a remote engine start kit (key fob) installed to my car last Friday, 10/07/16. But due to Hurricane Mathew, it had to be re-sched Was supposed to have a remote engine start kit (key fob) installed to my car last Friday, 10/07/16. But due to Hurricane Mathew, it had to be re-scheduled. Took my chance the following day, Saturday, 10/08 and the installation was accommodated. Thanks to Donny and Nick. Customer service at its best.. I have a concern on the remote engine start kit itself, not what I was expecting. Will write a separate review/feedback about it. More
