Rob Nestor is the Best!!! We have been going to Sport Mazda for two years now and without a doubt, Rob Nestor is THE BEST service advisor we have ever used, with any car. He c We have been going to Sport Mazda for two years now and without a doubt, Rob Nestor is THE BEST service advisor we have ever used, with any car. He cares about his customers, remembers little things from the visit before and treats everyone with respect and professionalism. During our last visit to Sport, when we had engine trouble, Rob stuck in there through weeks of gueling battles with the insurance company. He showed genunie care to us that we would get the issue resolved. Rcently he remembered my son when he brought in the car for an oil change. My 19 year old text "mom he is the best person in customer service I have ever met" most 19 year olds do not even THINK about customer service :) Sue R More

Fantastic! I had a service appointment scheduled for 8am last Tuesday 8/25/15, which I had arrived about 15 minutes early, and Ellie was all ready to check me in I had a service appointment scheduled for 8am last Tuesday 8/25/15, which I had arrived about 15 minutes early, and Ellie was all ready to check me in. I thought I would've had to wait, considering my early arrival. With this being my first maintenance service for my Mazda6, Ellie provided me with a print out of when and how frequent I should bring my vehicle in. I did not ask her for this information, but she the initiative anyway to provide me with it, while I sat in the service lobby waiting area. Not too many people are pleasant and helpful at 8am, but Ellie was genuinely nice and willing to help me. I will definitely be going back to this location for my next service! Rob Nestor was also great, though I did not interact with him much. He delivered my vehicle to me and asked my if there were any questions that he could answer or if there was anything else he could help me with. More
