Great service! When I brought car in for appointment I was told it would take about an hour. Forty minutes later Ellie walked into the waiting area calling my name a When I brought car in for appointment I was told it would take about an hour. Forty minutes later Ellie walked into the waiting area calling my name and handed me my key with a great smile. I asked her if by chance my car had been washed (birds had a field day with it). She said it hadn't but would I like her to have it washed. I was surprised at her offer and said "yes". She said it take about twenty minutes. In the meantime, Ellie had walked me over to Tweet, the service cashier (another very pleasant Sport Mazda employee), introduced me to her and went over my bill with me. Also set me up with a $20 Castrol coupon for my next oil change. Ellie thanked me for coming to Sport Mazda for my service as my washed car pulled up to the curb. I must say, I drive an hour from The Villages to have my car serviced where I purchased it. There are closer Mazda dealers as well as reputable auto service businesses near where I live. I choose to travel the hour to Sport Mazda for service because the people are always polite, friendly and knowledgeable, and the service is top notch. They make it a pleasant experience. More

I arrived early because I dropped off someone at the airport and was there earlier then expected. Ellie helped me right away and was very nice. About 45 mins in she came to show me what else the service men found while servicing my car. I did end up spending way more then I thought I would that morning but it was all things I needed to do. My Mazda is 7 years old. All and all a good experience. The free cookies were nice while I read my book waiting on my car. More

I come here regularly because of Donny! I have been bringing my car here for service for several years. I was here even before Donny started working here, but he is the best I've ever seen. I don't really even think of anywhere else as long as he is there. Sure, he is always friendly, speedy and efficient...but that is his job. Another Five Star VIsit Was at the dealer this past weekend for my scheduled oil change and to take care of a software update and was in and out before I knew it.
