I took my car in for 6000 miles service; when the service was done, the rep told me I had to pay $99 for the service. I told her I had paid for the “ bumper to bumper service coverage” at the time of the lea was done, the rep told me I had to pay $99 for the service. I told her I had paid for the “ bumper to bumper service coverage” at the time of the lease, and she informed me it wasn’t in the system. So I had to see the finance manager to get it straighten out which took another 20 min or so. I was disappointed that it was not in the system. Eli did fixed the issue and walked me over to the service department to pick up my car. When I returned to the service department to pick up the car, the service rep said, I should have told them about the service coverage in the beginning, so they didn’t do additional work… which made me think perhaps if you have the service coverage, you don’t get the best service or do they do extra work on your car when you don’t have the serve coverage so they can charge extra money to the customer… ?!?? I had the service coverage on my last leased vehicle and I never had to tell them about the program. This is my 3rd leased through Subaru And it was first time I had this happened. Eli told me to go and he will take cate everything. I appreciate Eli’s willingness to help me and the service manager. More
