I had a problem with my 2013 Crosstrek that I brought in to check during an oil change, but they couldn't find the problem. Then the engine light came on and they were able to find the problem However, the to check during an oil change, but they couldn't find the problem. I had to leave to travel and had to return the rental car and then be picked up later. Because I got in late the shop was closed and I had to wait for a day to get my car back. I appreciate that they were able to pick me up in order to get my car, but it was not the most effective experience. I keep having problems with my crosstrek and once had a recall on the car. I'm disappointed that the Subaru system isn't nation wide because they changed the spark plugs when they were already changed a few months before by another Subaru dealership. I felt like I was throwing money away rather than saving money. More
