I did a transfer aproximately 4 months after buying my first Outback. I decided to change it for a Forester because the Outback was low and I kept bumping my head when entering and was very uncomfortable, especially due to medical reasons after my surgery. Therefore, I changed it for a Forester which has more head room and needed comfort. However, I wanted a better financial deal because I put a lot of money down on my first car, the Outback. I was expecting a better deal because the Outback was just like new (regardless of depretiation). If you have a real interest in helping me, could you please review my numbers and opt for a readjustment. I needed a better deal and don't feel it was a fair one. I would love it if management would review and answer my concerns. Again, this has NOTHING to do with my salesman, DJ. Salkovic. He was excellent! Otherwise, I love Sports Subau in general. Great job by the whole crew. Mike and Pablo took good care of the job, and I know there were others involved. A "simple" audio amplifier replacement became a big deal because of a faulty replacement par care of the job, and I know there were others involved. A "simple" audio amplifier replacement became a big deal because of a faulty replacement part. Spent six hours there while they went through the diagnostic process, then four days in a loaner until it was done. Everything works great now. A bummer when a factory replacement part is bad to begin with. More
