When the vehicle arrived, I could not believe the near perfect condition, for the price paid. I have waited three months before rating this, and the vehicle in my opinion, is the Best vehicle I have ever owned in the past 44 years of driving. Attention was given to numerous details as this was an Out Of State purchase, and all of the paperwork breezed through Motor Vehicles in New York. I am still stunned that I purchased a vehicle of this caliber of excellence for the sales price. When Spradley says, "Oh yes you can!", they are not boasting, but stating a direct fact. Ernie has been very thoughtful in continuing to contact us to make sure that we are enjoying our New 2013 Ford F150 and that everything is ok. He has made sure that we remember to have our Oil Change there at the dealership in the near future. He always takes the time when we come there to see if we would like a cup of coffee or water. The day that we were in the process of test driving the truck that we liked, he even let us take it to where we met with our son for lunch. Again, we have only GREAT THINGS to say about Ernie. My husband and I purchased a vehicle from this dealer in May. Our first experience with the dealer was OK. Three months after the purchase we decided to go with a different car and trade the original vehicl May. Our first experience with the dealer was OK. Three months after the purchase we decided to go with a different car and trade the original vehicle to another dealer. We purchased a warranty through the company that was for a substantial amount. After trading the vehicle we were informed by finance at the other dealer it was refundable at a prorated amount. When we contacted the dealer regarding a refund they refused to comply with the contract that we signed and hung up on my husband. We then went down to the dealership where we spoke with every manager who claimed a refund could not be made. After leaving the dealership we contacted the Lender who then told us that under contract with this dealer they are bound to refund warranties at any time for any reason. We would not recommend this dealer to anyone for any reason! More
