I had a transmission oil problem which stemmed from another dealer performing the service. I decided to return to my home dealership at Spreen Acura and I am glad I did. Spreen took care of me quickly and provided honest recommendations and did not overwhelm me with upsells. Angel Hildago in particular is a great and honest service associate. He was very understanding and provided simple feedback and answered all my questions. At the end of the service I was so grateful Spreen did not even take advantage of my situation and charge me for something so simple as overfilling my transmission oil. Since I now live in LA, I will continue to have all my service done with Angel and Spreen Acura. More
