Spreen Honda-Loma Linda leadership had committed a fraud due to the fake advertising, misleading and switching on car sale price. This is the price quote on May 6, 2021: 2021 Honda CR-V Hybrid EX- L AWD MSRP: $34,270 Est. Savings off MSRP: $2,922 Internet Price before Bonuses $31,348 At the end of negotiation, the quote had been switching back to $34,720 before tax. No more saving or discount for customer as advertised. Trustworthy and loyalty are the keys of success, but they did not care about it. It’s unacceptable that Spreen Honda had ripped-off customers like us to make profit.

We did not want the accessories options but the Spreen Honda -Linda Loma's representatives insisted that these options have been built in. Therefore, they had charged with exorbitant price to make up the profit. In fact, the security system had been overcharged for $1,645, and they refused disclosing what kind of security system was. Also, there was no justification on the cost of the appearance pro ($1,245), because the sonic pearl paint ($395) had already been added up to the invoice, and the wheel locks ($125) has been charged again on itemized financing invoice (Part A- 2) on cash price accessories. Spreen Honda-Linda Loma leadership had treated customer like an idiot. Leaving customers unattended for more than 10' in the lobby desk for a personal need is unacceptable. My wife and I were about to walk away because of the exorbitant price and the non-disclosed on accessories options such as the security system and the appearance pro. But they insisted that these options have built in. One more detail regarding car delivery: Not even one drop of windshield fluid in the container that I found out a few day later.
