I enjoyed my visit, Rachelle was very nice she was very I enjoyed my visit, Rachelle was very nice she was very attentive and very professional. I was turned down by Spreen Mazda who no longer honored the I enjoyed my visit, Rachelle was very nice she was very attentive and very professional. I was turned down by Spreen Mazda who no longer honored the healthcare provider oil change. They referred me to Spreen Honda which was two doors down. I’m glad they were able to take care of me but it would be nice of Spreen Mazda to have honored the front line healthcare provider complimentary oil change again because we’ve been so busy I never got to use it. At the same time I’m glad that they referred me to Spreen Honda because it is a great experience because of Rachelle. She Made it worthwhile because she kept me updated, she make sure my car was nice and clean upon receiving it, and even followed up with me while I was going into my car and about to leave to make sure everything was up to expectations. She will definitely be my advisor next time. I think my only recommendation is that it would’ve been nice to have some type of a snack or something while waiting, Maybe not like donuts or anything but something that’s individually wrapped and safe that goes along way while we’re waiting. But otherwise service wise I’m a happy camper. More
