After purchasing a Honda Civic from spreen We had issues off and on with our ac leaking for the last 4 years. They finally did a recall and said oh yeah it is leaking. Only covered half of the repairs aft off and on with our ac leaking for the last 4 years. They finally did a recall and said oh yeah it is leaking. Only covered half of the repairs after all this time. Well hopefully it’s actually fixed now. They also had to replace the drivers window tint because when they pulled the dash out they scratched the window, the steering column and got marks all over the car. Left them the car all day to repair all these and they only had the window tinted with a tint that doesn’t even match. Stay away for Spreen Honda…..I know I hope I never have to go back. More

This is the 3rd and 4th car we've bought from Tom Mac. You can't ask more from a car sales agent. We came in with 2 trade-ins with expiring leases, thought we might want to keep one. Tom, Jose in Finance, You can't ask more from a car sales agent. We came in with 2 trade-ins with expiring leases, thought we might want to keep one. Tom, Jose in Finance, and whoever worked with them in the glass office on the showroom floor, all went above and beyond to clearly explain our options and the different scenarios. These guys are all excellent ambassadors for Honda in general, and for Spreen in particular. You lost one star because we feel strongly that both our trade-ins were undervalued by the appraiser or whoever manipulated the figures to make the sale. Like, a total of $8,000 or more for the two. We didn't argue about it, but that took a little wind out of our sails. We bought two cars though, so I guess you don't mind. More
