The advisor was very considerate and personable. I booked an app for an oil change at 3:00pm on Sunday, he advised me that they stop oil changes at 2:30 but got the technicians to do anyway. Drove out from chino Ca, just to have a 1400$ so called security anti theft system thrown on top of the price... Walked out not knowing you could have had it taken off. Spoke with the so called manager security anti theft system thrown on top of the price... Walked out not knowing you could have had it taken off.
