When my dad and I arrived at Spreen Honda, Jose Moreno was the first to greet us and help us out right away on financing a new car. I brought my car in for service on Monday, December 14, 2020. Basic service was completed the same day. Spreen recommended to replace struts. Parts needed to be ordered so I returned the car for service on 2020. Basic service was completed the same day. Spreen recommended to replace struts. Parts needed to be ordered so I returned the car for service on Wednesday, December 16, 2020. Service advisor told me they had to reorder the parts because they received the wrong parts. So I left the car at the dealership overnight and this was a major inconvenience because I live 25 miles away. Work was completed on Thursday, December 17, 2020. I have safety concerns about the dealership. Masks were not worn by some service technicians and a service advisor. While picking my car up on both days, mats and hairnets were left in my vehicle. Is my car safe to drive after having numerous people in it? Do you sanitize? Spreen Honda website does not display any Covid-19 procedures. More
