I was greeted by a service rep whose first words were--"Well you can make an appointment to have an oil change and tire rotation but they don't mean anything." I have successfully done this in the p were--"Well you can make an appointment to have an oil change and tire rotation but they don't mean anything." I have successfully done this in the past, so don't know if it has always been the policy. The consequence is that you might as well just drive in since it will take them as long as it takes to get through the cue. I think this policy should be made clear on the appointment site. It took an hour and a half--not horrible, but the attitude of the rep was insulting and when I reacted negatively he acted as if this was my problem. I hate that and likely wont be back. More

Your people are deceiving they are not honest.
