Adam was nice and the service was done quickly. My only complaint is that the staff needs to start reading the paper work. Issue after issue I have always loved Honda and have had more than 10 hondas, new and used. I got a quote online for 21187, not including the added 1500 trade in bonus. I have always loved Honda and have had more than 10 hondas, new and used. I got a quote online for 21187, not including the added 1500 trade in bonus. Car should have been 19687. When I get there, according to the finance guy his manager, would not sell me the car unless i paid for a $1800 alarm. I was upset and left. Came back the next day and they lowered the alarm to 995. This was the only dealership that had the color civic i wanted, reluctantly I got the car. I asked why I didnt get the 3 months no payments as advertised, i was told that was through honda. I asked if the extra trade in bonus was there they said yes, it was not. I only got 3500 for my car when my cars kbb was 4100. I understand i would not get 4100, but the finance guy than went on to talk mess about the condition of my kia. My kia was in good condition i had just bought the car about three months ago. I didnt get mileage i wanted from the hybrid hence why i trade it in. They did not give me extra money for the remote start but of course they would charge me for the new alarm on the new car. Anyway there was nothing wrong with my kia. When i got home i looked at the email quote and the contract, i didnt get the trade in bonus of 1500. I thought i was done with the dealership until 10 days passed and the kia wasnt paid off. 20 days passed and i contacted the dealership multiple times, emailed the finance person. I was reassured the car would be paid off. I informed them it was pass the 10 days and the amount would be different i was told that would not be the case. I contacted them 2 weeks ago as most of the kia was paid off but not the whole amount. there is still a remainder of $54. I bought the car on 04/21/2020, today is 6/4/2020. This has definitely tarnished my view of Honda, and the Spreen brand. It seems nobody is willing to help and follow through. My sales person Natalie was really nice and patient. I am at the point I don't even drive the car and it just sits in the driveway. I am driving my old 98 honda civic because I am just so upset about this whole situation. More
Had a issue with my trunk not opening with the fob key and was only able to open it manually. Took the car in to get it check out and Ric the service manager provided great service. Turns out the batter and was only able to open it manually. Took the car in to get it check out and Ric the service manager provided great service. Turns out the battery needed to be replaced and was still under warranty. I would recommend Ric and spreen Honda for future services. More
