Secondly they will under estimate your trade in with black book worst value of a car value of 15k with a trade in value of 12k with their stupid offer of 9k for it . The next thing is their claim of discounts like loyalty , student and military , they are NOT Dealer discounts , they are factory incentives so you guys need to aggressively bargain on their MRSP get quotes from different dealers before the incentives kicked in so you can get a 20k car with an original price of 15k and it's your right to do so , the way they under estimate your trade in and this always happens when their stupid Manager thinks he is a smart ars . Please guys don't fall for their marketing techniques and don't let your trade in to be under-estimated and i will recommend to get your appraisal with carmax before then giving you their lame ars 1k ok top { which you will never get }. We, not only discussed the price of the new car in detail over the phone and through email but we also talked about my trade in and what accessories can be added to the car. When we got to the dealership we were informed at that time (not through email or on the phone) that there were add-ons of over $2,000 that we did not want and they could not be removed and the trade in bonus of $1,500 would not be honored due to the age of the car (over 5 years) and mileage (over 66k). All there online team cares about is getting you into the store. Be aware of these tactics before doing business with Spreen Honda. More
