I recently took my 2006 Accord in to have a warning light diagnosed, I thought it had something to do with the recent Air bag recall work done on the car at the dealership. Turns out I was wrong and I needed diagnosed, I thought it had something to do with the recent Air bag recall work done on the car at the dealership. Turns out I was wrong and I needed a new Hazard/SRS Indicator switch. I was quoted $330.00 to have it replaced. I declined the service, looked up the part, spent $40.00 on a new switch from AutoZone, literally took me 5 minutes to install the new switch. How that translates into $330.00 at the dealership is beyond me. Personally I see that as a rip off, and because of that ill never bring my car to a Honda dealer for work. I can only imagine how much a major repair would cost. More

I took my 2019 CR-V in for its first oil change on a Saturday morning. I was greeted promptly by Adam Garcia. He was courteous and friendly. The seating for customers was set up to promote social distancing. When my car was ready, it was a quick check-out process. Adam explained the vehicle diagnostic report and I was good to go. More
