This is the worst experience I have ever had at A car dealership a lot of lies and deception I had gotten approved for a car loan alone and with a co signer. I had to get the co signer info asked the sal dealership a lot of lies and deception I had gotten approved for a car loan alone and with a co signer. I had to get the co signer info asked the sales person what I need and how do we submit the info and made sure that the deal was still going to be the same if I came in the next day with everything done (my co signer lives 8 hours away everything was approved online) and approved he said yes as long as the car wasn't sold. I was contacted by 2 other people telling me 2 different things so now 3 different people have mine and my co signer info and none of them are on the same page I know it should have been a red flag went in with an approval and now there policy changed from the day before and all the stuff the sales person told me was a lie asked to talk to a manager and of course no one in management position was available I asked for a corporate number or a customer complaint number and no one out on the floor had no clue where to get that number this was a 2 day ordeal and a waist of time I ended up going to another Honda Dealer and bought a car More

When I originally went to pick my car up, what I had paid for to get fixed was not fixed and when I told my service provider it was still broken, he said that he knew it would probably break again because th for to get fixed was not fixed and when I told my service provider it was still broken, he said that he knew it would probably break again because they were having trouble with it working in the shop. He was going to send me home with a broken car with a part I specifically paid for to be fixed?? I’m trying to pay for college and this cost over $1300. $1300 for me to be returned a broken vehicle and car-less for over a week. I called nearly everyday for service updates only to be told that my service provider was out of the office, there’s no way to pick up my car, and that they’ll give me a call back when there was an update. No one ever called me back. The times I called and no one picked up, I left messages asking for updates and a number to call back to; again, no one returned my calls. There was one time I called and the woman put me on hold for so long, she re-answered the phone because she forgot I was on hold. When I finally got in touch with the original person that was helping me, he was shocked that they still had my car because it had been ready for over a week. I do have my car now and everything I paid for is fixed, but getting here was very frustrating. More
