Inconsistency Virus related services Went in 3/23/2020 for a express oil change (2hr waiting) Svs advisory added a point safety check, upon finding a dirty cabin air filter, never convey Went in 3/23/2020 for a express oil change (2hr waiting) Svs advisory added a point safety check, upon finding a dirty cabin air filter, never conveyed me , told to take care of it next svs(12 months, for me) My original svs was to be a re-detail of vehicle from 3/2019 unsatisfied result, but rain and now virus inhibits me if taking care of this along w/ 45k svs PMs and minor warning sys audio malfunctions until further notice. So in conclusion, I can't get the detail done because of virus, but its OK by Spreen to leave in a dirty Cabin filter(?virus contaminate?) until my next service. Rachelle(favored Svs Adv. but off until 3/25/20)) has a handle on my 2012 Ridgeline but 3/23 Svs advisor doesn't. I had to tell him services needed by mileage and his response was "Oh yea, we need to do ......." Like to know why I should have Spreen continue to service my 2012 Ridgeline More

I was disappointed in the fact that I bought the car and after a week the accessories I wanted hadn’t been ordered. There was also inexplicable amount of confusion regarding what accessories was available f after a week the accessories I wanted hadn’t been ordered. There was also inexplicable amount of confusion regarding what accessories was available for the vehicle. If it’s in the book what’s the confusion? I was also not satisfied with the amount of time taken to complete work. I was called on the day work was to be completed to be told a part hadn’t came. Leading me to believe that was the only delay. Come to find out other work hadn’t been done and was pending. Fortunately I did get a loaner car. All in all staff was friendly. Just seems like someone dropped the ball with the ordering. More
