Not bad, but not great I did not receive extraordinary service, just average. I did have one encounter with a rude employee who told me I couldn't wait inside and I needed t I did not receive extraordinary service, just average. I did have one encounter with a rude employee who told me I couldn't wait inside and I needed to be out by by my vehicle (I was right next to the door), so I went and stood in the sun waiting for approx 15 mins for someone to come help me. Other than that one bad part, my service was just typical. I did wait for my vehicle and it took over 2 hours for an oil change that I had an appointment for. More

Repair of Honda transmission I bought my car from spreen they had a very hard time approving the extended warranty it took a long time. When it finally got approved, it took a lon I bought my car from spreen they had a very hard time approving the extended warranty it took a long time. The never got back to me about it.When I went to pick up the car it took a long time to get the paperwork done. Things just weren’t done in a timely manner.
